At Seedlings Early Learning Centre we place a big emphasis on team dynamics. The skills, knowledge and experience that our educators bring is incredibly valuable to ensure high quality teaching and learning.

Our robust recruitment and induction process enables us to confidently appoint dynamic, passionate and committed educators who together contribute their individual personalities and skills.

Our Preschool is led by an experienced Team Leader as is our Nursery. Our Team Leaders are responsible for leading the development of the curriculum through skilful leadership, support and guidance. Our Team Leaders also provide day to day mentoring for our team of educators.

It is of great importance to us that our team of educators are readily available to not only the children in our care but also to our parents and whanau.
